As our HVAC Lead Technician, you'll enjoy:

  • A company-provided work vehicle
  • A gas card for convenience
  • A flexible work schedule with regular hours Monday-Friday, 7 am - 4 pm

Your New Role

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing installers and apprentices on job sites, overseeing full HVAC installs from equipment to ducting. You'll have the opportunity to work on large-scale housing projects, showcasing your expertise, leading a team of motivated individuals, and contributing to creating comfortable and energy-efficient environments for families in Calgary, AB.

Requirements

  • Sheet metal journeyman ticket
  • Ability to work independently
  • Background in large-scale residential custom housing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Design experience
  • AC experience
  • Wiring experience
