Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Journeyman Technician to join our Calgary Branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
  • Identify maintenance risks on equipment and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems and provide effective solutions.
  • Clean, adjust, and repair systems, and perform warranty services to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical direction and on-the-job training to junior technicians.
  • Keep accurate records of all maintenance functions and ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act.
  • Collaborate with management to promote and utilize safe work practices.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in HVAC trades.
  • Electrical, sheet metal, or plumbing/gas fitting tickets are an asset.
  • Experience working with boilers is an asset.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
