About the Role

As a Senior Java Full Stack Developer Lead at iPartner Consulting, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality software solutions to our clients. This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop responsive web applications using Angular and popular front-end tools.
  • Lead the development of mid-tier frameworks like Spring Boot and Java applications, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Design and develop microservices and database services that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Work closely with the QA team to implement API integration best practices and ensure seamless testing processes.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on coding standards, architecture, and testing strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of agile frameworks like Scrum for efficient project management.
Requirements
  • Strong experience with Java programming language and related frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.)
  • Experience in designing and developing scalable web applications using Angular and popular front-end tools.
  • Knowledge of relational and MySQL database technologies.
  • Familiarity with UX design principles and WordPress Learning Management System plugins.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
