We are a leading provider of software solutions, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Java Developer to join our team in Toronto, Canada.

Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) matching program.

Job Description

This is a contract (onsite) position that requires a strong background in Java development with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and deploying robust Java applications using the Spring framework.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable software solutions.
  • Maintaining and improving existing Java codebases, ensuring they meet modern standards and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 7+ years of experience in application development with a strong focus on Java development.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Java Struts applications.
  • Experience with UI development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, such as PCF and OpenShift.
  • Familiarity with middleware technologies, including MQSeries, WebSphere Message Broker (WMB), and IBM Integration Bus (IIB).
  • Understanding of DevOps principles, automated build/deploy processes, and Agile methodologies.
