Director of Philanthropy

BNP Performance philanthropique is seeking a seasoned Director of Philanthropy to lead our fundraising efforts and drive growth in our philanthropic ecosystem. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase our various sources of funding, building strong relationships with donors, and fostering a culture of philanthropy within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to achieve annual goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with major donors, corporate partners, and community stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director to develop and implement a strategic plan for philanthropic growth
  • Manage and supervise a team of fundraising professionals to ensure successful execution of fundraising initiatives
  • Develop and implement donor stewardship and recognition programs to foster long-term relationships with donors
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in fundraising and philanthropy
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in fundraising and philanthropy, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong relationships with major donors, corporate partners, and community stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
