At ONTARIO INC., we are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and calculating fixed assets and depreciation. You will also be responsible for keeping financial records, establishing and maintaining various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, and preparing other statistical, financial, and accounting reports. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining general ledgers and financial statements, posting journal entries, and preparing trial balances of books. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. The successful candidate will have experience with accounting software, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word. They will also have strong computer and technology knowledge, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
