At BrokerLink, we are seeking a skilled Commercial Insurance Advisor to join our team and work out of our new Kingston branch. This is an exciting opportunity to spearhead our new location and provide the highest level of customer service to our clients.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced salesperson who can provide advice, help customers understand insurance, and discuss customer concerns. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma and/or post-secondary education, two or more years of customer service experience, and sales experience in any other industry is an asset.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, and have excellent customer service skills and adept in conflict resolution. They will also have a demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully and strong analytical and organizational skills.
As a Commercial Insurance Advisor with BrokerLink, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, including independent business units, and provide them with prompt service by providing advice, help customers understand insurance, discuss customer concerns, and review and provide processing instructions on all incoming commercial paperwork.
