  • RGZ Cambridge Inc. is seeking a skilled Drywall Finishing Specialist to join our team.
  • As a Drywall Finishing Specialist at RGZ Cambridge Inc., you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our drywall installations.
  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Drywall Finishing Specialist to install and finish drywall in a variety of settings.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with drywall installation and finishing, including applying joint compound and sanding seams and joints.
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Apply successive coats of joint compound and sand seams and joints to achieve a smooth finish.
  • Clean and prepare surfaces for drywall installation.
  • Install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners and fabricate and install suspended metal ceiling grids.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms to ensure safe working conditions.
  • Perform routine maintenance jobs, such as painting and drywall repair, to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Work Environment:
  • Work at heights, on scaffolding, or swing stages to install and finish drywall.
  • Stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials to complete drywall installations.
  • Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in drywall installation and finishing.
  • Ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to ensure precise finishing work.
  • Reliability, flexibility, and teamwork skills to work effectively in a team environment.
