Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at PI MART LTD. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring the highest level of data quality and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and register documents for data entry, ensuring all necessary information is complete and accurate.
  • Enter data according to specified formats, maintaining attention to detail and ensuring data consistency.
  • Transfer data between software systems, ensuring seamless integration and minimal errors.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of data, identifying and correcting any discrepancies.
  • Store, update, and maintain databases, ensuring data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in data entry or a related field.
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
  • 30 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
