**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Manager, Brand to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumer-packaged goods marketing and experience in brand strategy development.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain category and brand expertise to contribute to brand strategy development and drive business growth.
  • Partner with North America Business teams to provide Canadian market support and identify business opportunities based on trends and track results.
  • Lead key projects for growth and margin enhancement, and execute marketing campaigns and manage budget.
  • Support pricing and promotional strategies, and represent the company in sales and retailer meetings.
  • Provide backup assistance to the marketing team and contribute to cross-functional team projects.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in consumer-packaged goods marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred.
  • Experience with cross-functional team projects and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines, and excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
