  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of store operations.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure optimal levels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a bakery or food service environment.
  • Food Safe Certification.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Integrity, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
