Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and caring Home Childcare Provider to join our team at Eric Wong. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children in a safe and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, ensuring the children's safety and well-being.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, promoting their physical and emotional development.
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, helping them build essential life skills.
  • Keep accurate records of daily activities and health information regarding the children.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits.
  • Supervise and care for children, providing individualized attention and support.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
  • Language: English or French.
  • 40 hours per week.
