Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement data architectures that support business growth and innovation
  • Develop and maintain data transformation and integration strategies for seamless data flow between sources and destinations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact data solutions
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering continuous learning and skill development
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in data science and engineering
  • Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and Airflow
  • Experience with data warehousing and data lake architecture implementations
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to describe complex concepts to a technical audience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with GCP, Ascend, Collibra, and Vertex AI
  • Knowledge of machine learning and data patterns
  • SAFe Certification
What We Offer:
  • C$ 138,000 annual base salary
  • Performance-based bonus may be available at target of 15% of base salary
