About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Advisor to join our team in Downtown Toronto. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively discover customer needs, listen to understand their requirements, and provide relevant insights and expert advice.
  • Build comprehensive plans using a holistic approach to help customers achieve their goals.
  • Nurture strong, long-standing relationships with customers.
  • Develop, retain, and grow the branch business by delivering against individual and team sales goals that support a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • A strategic mindset to develop personalized financial strategies, including day-to-day banking, investments, and borrowing solutions.
  • The proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment that aligns with customer goals.
  • A Mutual Funds license and completed CIFP Diploma.
