Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager to join our team at Nobleton Security. This role requires a strong leader who can oversee the daily operations of our security guard agency, ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule events, programs, and activities in accordance with client requirements.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor quality and production levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
  • Oversee cleaning of specialty and difficult items, ensuring high standards are maintained.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and challenges.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support operational efficiency.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise operation of mechanical equipment and machinery, ensuring safe and efficient use.
  • Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule activities of workers, providing guidance and support as required.
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the security industry.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using software applications relevant to the security industry.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards, with the ability to ensure compliance.
