Truck Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at J TRUCKLINES INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of truck drivers, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining a safe and efficient transportation operation.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise a team of 5-15 truck drivers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Coordinate with dispatchers to optimize routes and schedules, minimizing delays and improving overall efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of driver performance, vehicle maintenance, and cargo handling.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and efficiency. The role requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
