Job Title: Truck Drivers Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Truck Drivers Operations Manager to join our team at Magnum Transhaul Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our truck drivers, ensuring the smooth execution of our transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our truck drivers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Monitor and analyze transportation data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our drivers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with our logistics team to optimize routes and schedules, reducing transit times and increasing efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire our drivers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
