Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Support Worker to join our team at Marlon and Elsa Antonio. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Support clients with daily living activities, such as feeding, grooming, and mobility assistance.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting their overall well-being.
  • Shop for food and household supplies, preparing and serving nutritious meals as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
