About the Role
Job Description: As a Network Infrastructure Specialist at ABS Trucking Ltd., you will be responsible for evaluating and installing hardware, software, and operating systems, implementing security procedures, and performing data backups. Your attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks will ensure the smooth operation of our local area networks, wide area networks, mainframe networks, and computer workstations.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and administer LANs, WANs, mainframe networks, and computer workstations.
  • Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software.
  • Implement data, software, and hardware security procedures.
  • Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
This role requires a College or CEGEP education and at least 2 years of experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and administering local area networks, wide area networks, mainframe networks, and computer workstations. You must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
