Job Title: Solution Delivery Manager IT Enterprise Applications

Nutrien Ag Solutions Limited is seeking a highly skilled Solution Delivery Manager to join our IT team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects and initiatives that support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective solutions
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance business efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on our business

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in supporting ERP applications solution design and development, including cross-domain experience with SAP and SAP S4 environments
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel as required
