Solution Delivery Manager IT Enterprise Applications

Nutrien Ag Solutions Limited is seeking a skilled Solution Delivery Manager to join our IT Enterprise Applications team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of IT solutions that meet the business needs of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and business partners
- Identify and prioritize business opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to address them
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and assess their potential use in meeting business needs
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in supporting ERP applications solution design and development, including cross-domain experience with a strong preference for SAP and SAP S4 environments
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with supporting Order-to-Cash and Logistics related applications
- Experience with SAP SD, MM, TM, PM, SAP IBP, and other related solutions is an asset
- Ability to travel and work effectively in a decentralized and remote team environment
- Superior time management skills and ability to support multiple project initiatives simultaneously
- Proficient in translating business problems into detailed requirements and technical specifications
