Corporate Director

Cranston Homes Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of our organizational policies and programs.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support the achievement of our organizational objectives.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive business growth.
- Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
- Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.
- Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Schedule: 32 hours per week.
- Language: English.
