We are seeking a highly skilled Beauty Salon Operations Manager to lead our daily operations and drive business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to join Annie's Beauty Inc.

About the Role

The Beauty Salon Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our salon, ensuring seamless operations, and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience and staff performance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage Daily Operations:
    • Direct and control all aspects of daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and staffing.
    • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Leadership and Team Management:
    • Hire, train, and supervise staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
    • Establish open communication channels with team members to encourage feedback and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Financial Management:
    • Plan and control budgets, including forecasting revenue and expenses, and managing cash flow.
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales and minimize losses.
  • Customer Service:
    • Ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded by providing exceptional service and support.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a beauty salon or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with financial management software and systems.
