- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
- Fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
- Maintaining, repairing, and renovating residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants, and other establishments.
- Trimming, smoothing, and shaping surfaces.
- Trimming joints and fitting parts and subassemblies together to form complete units and reinforce joints.
The successful candidate will have experience with hand tools and be comfortable working with minimal supervision.
