Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Edmonton Tire & Lube Ltd. O/A New Millennium Edmonton Tire & Lube Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Operations Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operation of inventory management processes.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other key performance indicators.
  • Training and Development: Train staff on inventory management procedures and policies.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize downtime.
  • Materials Requisition: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Inventory Organization: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring efficient use of storage space.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in inventory management or a related field is an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
