We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Groundskeeping Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our grounds, including planning and directing grounds maintenance, hiring and supervising staff, and requisitioning materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including mowing, pruning, and fertilizing
  • Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient and effective grounds maintenance
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs
  • Repair and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in grounds maintenance or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Valid driver's license
