About the Job

This is a permanent position with a work week of 35 hours. The successful candidate will have excellent oral communication skills and be able to train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Analyze sales data to make informed decisions about inventory management and resource allocation.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar position. You should also possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
