Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

At T-shirt Time, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including promoting products, managing promotions, and analyzing sales data.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise, tracking stock levels, and minimizing stockouts.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

  • Organized: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Reliability: High level of reliability, with the ability to maintain a consistent work schedule and meet expectations.
  • Ability to Multitask: Ability to multitask, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
