Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leadership Program Manager to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing leadership programs that drive business growth and talent development.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leadership development and program management. You will be responsible for designing and delivering leadership programs that meet the needs of our business and our employees. This will include developing program curricula, managing program logistics, and evaluating program effectiveness.

You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, employees, and external partners. This will involve communicating program goals and objectives, providing updates on program progress, and soliciting feedback and input from stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver leadership programs that meet the needs of our business and employees
  • Develop program curricula and manage program logistics
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, employees, and external partners
  • Communicate program goals and objectives, provide updates on program progress, and solicit feedback and input from stakeholders
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in leadership development and program management
  • Proven track record of success in leadership development and program management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to design and deliver effective leadership programs
