Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Trusted Accounting & Tax Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, authorizing senior staff positions, and coordinating regional departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
- Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
- Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Organized and team player
The Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 3-4 people. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Language:The primary language of work is English, with a working knowledge of French an asset.Hours of Work:
The Operations Manager will work 35 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the organization.
