About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Breakfast Server to join our team at Auberge du Pommier. As a Breakfast Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive dining experience, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive and knowledgeable service to guests, answering questions and making recommendations
  • Ensure accuracy when entering information into the POS system
  • Monitor food quality and presentation standards
  • Maintain a clean section and ensure all materials and areas are clean and free from clutter
  • Follow all food safety standards and systems
  • Be aware of any special requests, inclusive of guest allergies
  • Complete opening, closing, and side duties efficiently and safely

Requirements

  • Morning availability
  • Provincial Liquor Certification
  • Serving experience in a similar environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Organizational skills and sales ability
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • High level of product knowledge
  • Ability to maintain a level of professional urgency and momentum
