About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Brigantine Inn & Suites. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, and stock linen closets.
  • Sanitation and Disinfection: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas.
  • Guest Services: Handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Pick up debris and empty trash containers, launder clothing and household linens, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and clean changing rooms and showers.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work under pressure. You will be required to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
