About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Alpine Meadows Resort Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean and well-maintained.
  • Housekeeping Tasks: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds, and change sheets.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Laundry and Linens: Launder clothing and household linens, and ensure all linens are clean and in good condition.
  • General Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, pick up debris, and empty trash containers.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
