Job Description: As a Healthcare Assistant - Patient Care Specialist at La Villa Des Caps Noirs, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to assist registered nurses and other healthcare professionals in the delivery of person-centered care.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming;">
  • Help with mobility and transfer assistance;">
  • Monitor vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse;">
  • Administer medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse;">
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to our residents;">

Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;">
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting; or equivalent experience;">
  • CPR Certificate;">
  • Moving Patients Safety Principles (MPSP) training;">
  • Nursing Aide Certificate;">
  • Health Care Aide Certificate;">

Work Environment:
