Job Title: Building Cleaning Supervisor

KIREI Cleaning & Building Maintenance Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Cleaning Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facilities, as well as recommending additional services as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Client focus and flexibility
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 3-4 people. The position requires standing for extended periods and working in a physically demanding environment.
