Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Goodvibes Cannabis Inc. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and control store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise.
- Authorize payments, process returns, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to improve store performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a cannabis retail environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
