Freightcom is a leading shipping solution in Canada, expanding its operations worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Account Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for presenting and selling company products and services to new and existing customers, prospecting and contacting potential customers, and resolving customer inquiries and complaints. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields, familiarity with CRM platforms, and strong negotiation skills. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients. The compensation package includes a competitive salary, commission pay, and benefits such as dental care and paid time off. The work schedule is 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday. The language requirements are English and French. The work location is in person.
