Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Sales and Customer Service

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Canada Post Corp. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers in person, via phone, and via email.
  • Sell postal services and products to customers.
  • Process and manage customer transactions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer service targets.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and make change.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
