Job Title: Spa Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Spa Receptionist to join our team at Samya Spa. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and provide information about our services and facilities.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and communicate with clients and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in MS Office and other software applications.
