Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service: Take food and beverage orders from guests, ensure accurate execution, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Food and Beverage Knowledge: Maintain a strong working knowledge of all menu items, including daily specials, and be able to make recommendations to guests.
- Server Duties: Clean designated areas, set tables, refill condiments, and ensure a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers to ensure seamless service and meet guest needs.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure a positive and efficient service experience.
- Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tables and priorities with ease.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-3 years of restaurant service experience preferred.
