At George's Burgers & Subs, we are seeking a skilled Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are presented in a clean and appealing manner.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers feel welcome and valued.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As a Food Service Counter Attendant, you will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
