At George's Burgers & Subs, we are seeking a skilled Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and attentive service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Table Setting: Set tables with clean dishes, flatware, and linens, and replenish condiments and supplies as needed.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and portion food according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Cash Handling: Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including operating a point-of-sale system.

Requirements

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
