Production Manager

Greenlight Innovation is seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that production meets quality standards and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of production workers, including training, performance evaluation, and setting performance standards.
- Production Planning: Plan and assign work schedules to ensure optimal use of resources and timely completion of production targets.
- Quality Control: Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Health and Safety: Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to synchronize production processes with overall operational goals.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase output.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate production records and provide regular reports to upper management.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Education: Bachelor's degree/diploma in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years proven experience in a production supervisory role within an engineered product manufacturing industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, technical proficiency with production machinery and software used for production management.
- Competitive Salary: $105,000- $125,000.
