Exciting Opportunity for Automotive Parts Advisor in a Leading Dealership

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Automotive Parts Advisor to join our team at Strickland's GM in Brantford, ON. As a key member of our parts service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, technical expertise, and guidance to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Interaction: Assist customers in identifying and selecting the right automotive parts, providing expert advice and guidance.
  2. Order Management: Efficiently manage parts inventory, place orders, and ensure timely deliveries.
  3. Technical Assistance: Offer technical advice and support to both customers and service technicians.
  4. Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: Previous experience in a dealership setting or aftermarket parts advisor is a must.
  2. Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for a positive customer experience.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of automotive parts, their functions, and compatibility.
  4. Background Check: Successful applicants must undergo a background check.
  5. Driver's Abstract: A clean driver's abstract must be provided as part of the hiring process.
  6. Preferred: CDK experience.
