Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Ncube & Landry LLP. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Perform financial analysis and reporting, including trend analysis and variance analysis.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial operations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 7 months of experience in accounting or financial operations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
