Shift Manager

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are trained and equipped to meet the demands of the job.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that high-quality products are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
