Shift Manager

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are working efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Train staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports to management
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a hot environment.
