Job Title: Retail Salesperson

At SCRUB CITY UNIFORMS, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Salesperson to join our team. As a Retail Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide advice and guidance to customers on merchandise and services
  • Assist in maintaining a visually appealing store environment and merchandise displays
  • Process customer returns and exchanges in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of retail sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
