Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Alberta Ltd. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cash wrap area
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up and maintaining displays and fixtures
  • Participate in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
  • Work collaboratively with other sales associates and management to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and bend/reach
