Restaurant Manager

Pulcinella Restaurant is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are adequately trained and equipped to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor at all times.
